What I am working on
I am woring on a "Morning Star" quilt. Here is a pic of it on my design wall, still in pieces and still a work in progress. I like it- and this quilt is all from my stash. Some of it literally scrap pieces.

First Post!!
I am going to start the year 2009 with a blog!!
I am doing this so I can join Judy in her stashbusting challange - http://www.patchworktimes.com/stashbusting-in-2009/. I need something to get me to stay in my sewing room and sew!! And I love the idea of using up what I already have, so when I read about her stashbusting challenge, I joined.... but you are not official unless you have a blog. So, here I am!
This is all really new to me, I am hoping to get more comfortable and have this become an easy thing to do. I want to add pictures and things - and I want to have safe place to store my list of UFO's and projects I would love to do!!
